Mr. Forsythe founded Globe’s predecessor company KFGI in 2001 to acquire a portfolio of patents for composite applications, primarily for use within the materials handling industry, and then arranged the acquisition of Globe Rubber Works in 2004. Mr. Forsythe focuses primarily on strategic market development and management of the sales, marketing and engineering groups. Mr. Forsythe began his career with Ford Motor Company, and was an executive for many years with several large financial institutions focusing on operations and sales management. Mr. Forsythe holds a Bachelor of Arts (Biochemistry) from Columbia University and a Masters of Business Administration (Finance and Accounting) from Cornell University.
Mr. Lynch oversees our client services and serves as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for Department of Security Services (DSS) and other Defense projects. Kevin joined Globe in 1989 and has held a variety of positions in sales, customer service, project management, procurement, pricing/costing management. Mr. Lynch has a BS in Business Management from Bentley University and an MBA in Business Management from Suffolk University. Prior to joining Globe, Kevin worked as a regional manager for Federal Mogul's seal division serving the automotive industry.
Brian has over 30 years of engineering, design, manufacturing and automation experience in various industries including automotive, medical, consumer products, and materials handling. Mr. Evans joined Globe in 2003 and is responsible for overseeing the overall product design function, mentoring other design engineers and supporting the sales force in the field. Mr. Evans oftentimes travels to client sites to interface with the customer to determine product performance requirements and design criteria. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southeastern Massachusetts University.
Dave has over 28 years of engineering, designing and manufacturing experience in the marine, commercial and military industries. Mr. Dion joined Globe in 2014 and serves as project engineer on technical programs. He oversees product development from design, prototyping, tooling and implementation into production. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with minor in Yacht Design from Roger Williams University.
Mr. Dyson oversees the production, quality, logistics, material management and operations functions at Globe. Mr. Dyson has extensive experience in creating forward-looking operational teams of professionals trained to strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of manufacturing including sourcing, procurement, new product introduction, assembly, distribution and customer fulfillment in a safe, associate centered world-class enterprise. Prior to joining Globe, Mike was the Vice President of Operations for Littefuse/Cole-Hersee, a world leader in the manufacturing of heavy duty and industrial vehicle electrical switching solutions to OEM and aftermarket customers. His background spans union and non-union, multi-ethnic domestic and international organizations from Mexico to Asia. He holds a BS degree in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts-Boston.
Charles has over 23 years of sales experience in various business segments such as military, medical, industrial, marine, mining, and oilfield industries. Prior to joining, Charles spent nine years as Business Development Manager for a specialty rubber company. Prior to that, Charles began his career in sales as Customer Relationship Manager at Globe for 15 years.
He has extensive experience and knowledge in custom molded components utilizing a vast array of polymer, composite, thermoset/thermoplastic urethane, and compounds such as fluoroelastomer, silicone, nitrile, neoprene, HNBR, and EPDM. Combined with an “application specific” materials background, manufacturing processes, and tooling design, Charles offers an all-encompassing component to the fulfillment of meeting our client’s part performance requirements.
Bill has over 30 years of experience in material development, chemical manufacturing and technical support. Mr. O'Brien is responsible for scaling-up new manufacturing processes from the laboratory to full-scale production. He provides technical assistance to optimize the company’s various manufacturing processes, research and implement new product and new process modifications, and, establish detailed operating procedures. Bill holds a BS and MS degrees in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
