Globe Composite Solutions, Ltd. is seeking a proven sales professional to sell specialized design and manufacturing services for advanced composite products to the naval defense industry. You will accomplish this by driving new business through capture and proposal phases by staying involved and in support of all required actions through submittal. Globe is a recognized leader in designing, formulating and manufacturing non-metallic composite components.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing account growth, new business development, and customer relationship management across all levels within assigned accounts. The Business Development Executive must be results-oriented with a strong performance, cost management and bottom-line orientation. You must also have a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and possess strong analytical and leadership skills with a demonstrated track record in capture management, proposal development and execution to schedule and budget.
