BRANDONITE^® is available in a wide range of strengths and densities, depending upon the application. for example, we can formualte materials to be lighter than aluminum or as dense as lead. It can also be formulated to possess superior performance characteristics for tensile strength, flexural modulus and hardness. This material is ideal for situations where component weight may be a consideration for end-users.

Scalable
Through our unique molding process Globe Composite Solutions, Ltd. can produce large structural parts that can range in size from 8-14 feet in length. For example, Brandonite^®; is being used to manufacture special hull treatments for ocean-going ships as well as non-metallic conveyor systems for RFID applications.

Impact Resistant
BRANDONITE^® is superior to metallic and other plastic components when placed in repetitive stress environments. BRANDONITE^® also has superior resistance to impact damage, cracking and deformation. This material consistently outlasts metallic and other non-metallic components in head-to-head durability tests.

Low-Friction Capabilities
Lubrication characteristics of BRANDONITE^® can be modified to create near-frictionless interfaces, making this material the perfect solution in high-friction or extreme-wear environments. Several clients are now using BRANDONITE® in transport and marine pump applications to eliminate the need for bearings and lubication fittings.

Durable, UV-Resistant Colors
BRANDONITE^® parts won’t fade, chip or peel since UV-resistant colors are integrally molded into the material. Your parts can be made in virtually any color, including chromes and vibrant fluorescents.
