CARL W. FORSYTHE, President and CEO Carl has over 28 years experience in helping companies grow, having been a key executive at several billion-dollar companies. He began his career at Ford Motor Co. and thereafter spent sixteen years in financial services. He has also been a private investor. Mr. Forsythe has extensive operational, marketing and sales management experience. He has a BA in biochemistry from Columbia University and an MBA in finance from Cornell University.

WILLIAM ("BILL") MCCOURT, CFO/COO Bill has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and finance. Prior to joining Globe, Bill was the CFO for Soluol, Inc., a manufacturer of speciality chemicals and coatings. Bill is active in numerous community and business organizations and resides in Lincoln, RI. Bill is a CPA and a graduate of Bryant University.

BUDDY CUMMINGS, Director of Product Development Buddy has over 20 years of experience in the composite industry where he has held various positions overseeing manufacturing processes and new product development. Buddy joined Globe in 1989 and was has been responsible for production, new product development and prototyping. Prior to coming to Globe, Buddy was an owner of an elastomer machining and casting business as well as an owner of a computer support company. Buddy is a liberal arts graduate from Massasoit Community College.
BRIAN LEOPOLD, Director of Operations Brian has over 16 years of production and mechanical design/troubleshooting experience as well as broad inventory control, quality assurance, machine design and production management expertise. Brian is a solid team leader, drawing upon his U.S. Army experience where he was a combat engineer and operations sargeant. Mr. Leopold is a graduate of the U.S. Army Primary Leadership Development Course as well as Bridgewater State College (computer programming) and Wentworth College (project management).

BRIAN C. EVANS, Senior Design Engineer Mr. Evans has over 30 years of engineering, design, manufacturing and automation experience in various industries including automotive, medical, consumer products, and materials handling. Brian holds a bachelor’s of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
BRIAN B. JOHNSON, Design Engineer Mr. Johnson has experience in research & development, product design and simulation in a broad number of industries. He has modeling experience with numerous weapons systems for the U.S. Army and the Department of Defense. In the medical field, Brian has developed nano-composite materials for implant technologies and has led the product development efforts for composite materials in medical devices for radiology and oncology treatment. Mr. Johnson also has experience in creative consumer product design and development. Brian received his BS in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University and his MS in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware.
